Apache License 2.0 components

Portions of the Perennis agent runtime include software developed by OpenAI and other contributors, distributed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License"). You may not use those files except in compliance with the License. You may obtain a copy of the License at:

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, software distributed under the License is distributed on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied. Other open-source software

Perennis also uses open-source components including Node.js, React, Next.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, Caddy, Docker, HumHub, DeepSeek Harness, and Dify, each under its respective license.

Dify 1.16.1 is distributed under a modified Apache 2.0 license with additional multi-tenant and frontend-branding conditions. Perennis keeps the Dify console private and unmodified. Operators are responsible for confirming that their intended commercial deployment complies with those additional terms or for obtaining a commercial license from LangGenius.
